SAP Functional Professional (SCM)
We’re looking for a SAP Functional Professional SCM (Supply Chain Management) to join us at Telia.
I am Eva Tallat-Kelpšienė, leading the Sourcing and Supply Chain Solutions team at Telia Group. We are strengthening our SAP capabilities and looking for an experienced SAP Functional specialist to support and evolve our order-to-cash processes.
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and delivering enhancements within SAP SCM, primarily in SAP S/4HANA environments, supporting business users and stakeholders across the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).
What you’ll do:
Ensure stable and efficient SAP SD operations, including incident management (minor to critical), troubleshooting, and service request handling in line with OLAs
Act as a key escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause analysis and contributing to preventive improvements
Support and advise business stakeholders on SD-related processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing), helping optimize and standardize ways of working
Monitor and proactively improve business-critical processes (sales orders, deliveries, billing, integrations), identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Investigate and resolve issues across order processing, pricing, outputs, and cross-functional integrations (FI/MM/Logistics)
Deliver enhancements and configuration changes, ensuring quality and alignment with end-to-end business processes
Contribute to and support testing and release activities (UT, SIT, UAT), ensuring reliable deployments and smooth hypercare
Maintain and improve documentation, operational procedures, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality
Work in alignment with ITIL, SAP change management, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), actively contributing to process improvements and best practices
Strong SAP MM domain knowledge would be highly beneficial.
What will help you thrive in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years hands-on SAP SD experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments
Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (sales orders, pricing, billing, outputs)
Experience in incident handling, troubleshooting, and SD configuration
Familiarity with integrations to FI (billing), MM/logistics, and external systems
Experience with transport and change management processes
Knowledge of ITIL-based support models and experience with tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in English with strong stakeholder communication skills
Willingness to support business-critical incidents outside regular working hours when required

Monthly salary range for this position -4300 – 6500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
