Purpose of processing personal data, personal data processed and their retention time

Telia Finland Oyj stores personal data about persons visiting at Telia’s head office or other premises. In connection with the visit, the visitor’s name, company, e-mail address and the name of the person who acted as the inviter are stored. The personal data of the visitors are obtained either through the code provided with the invitation to visit or by the person himself/herself or by someone on his/her behalf.

The basis for the processing of personal data is Telia’s right to individualize and identify visitors arriving at our premises. Telia shall store the data for a maximum of 29 days, after which the personal data related to the visit shall be anonymized and used only for statistical purposes.

In addition to this privacy policy, the Privacy Notice of Telia shall apply to the processing of personal data concerning visitors where applicable. The Camera Surveillance Privacy Policy shall apply to the processing of personal data carried out by means of camera surveillance. Signing of a separate non-disclosure agreement may also be required during the visit. The non-disclosure agreements shall be stored regardless of the retention periods applicable to the data concerning visits for as long as confidentiality obligations are in force or the breaches of such obligations can be invoked.
