Voicemail – User instructions
Voicemail and voicemail settings
This guide explains how to listen to your voicemail messages and manage voicemail settings in the VIP Plus service.
You can manage your voicemail by calling your voicemail number. This number is company-specific, and you can find it by searching for "Voicemail" in the Contacts section of the VIP Plus user interface or mobile application. You can also get the voicemail number from your company's VIP Plus administrator.
You will receive notifications of new voicemail messages by text message. The voicemail listening number will be shown in the text message notification. You can listen to voicemail messages by calling the listening number, in the mobile application, or in the VIP Plus user interface.
Note: The mobile network’s voicemail is not compatible with the VIP Plus service, and you must not set up call forwarding to the voicemail number from your mobile phone settings.
