Defining the outbound number

2 min

The user can display various numbers when making outgoing calls in the VIP Plus service by selecting the caller ID. The user can show a mobile number, a landline number (if assigned to the user), or an unknown number as the caller ID in calls. The user can also display the number of a response group as the caller ID, if the user is a member of the response group and the main user has allowed the use of the response group's number as the caller ID.

You can also set up an extension number for your organization, which all VIP Plus users in your company can display as the caller ID. For example, you can set up a group voicemail or an announcement as the extension number, so when a customer calls back to the extension number, an announcement such as "Our expert has tried to reach you, please contact our customer service" can be played.

Note! The number of a hunt group cannot be displayed as the caller ID for outgoing calls. If you want to display the number of a call ring in outgoing calls, it must be set up with a role or an switchboard number.
