Determining availability information (Activity)

Availability information determines whether calls are directed to you or not. The availability status also affects the handling of calls coming to response groups. By default, members of response groups will not receive calls when any of the red activities are active.

Your company's VIP Plus main administrator can customize how the selected availability status impacts call routing. This guide outlines the basic settings of call routing based on availability information.

Calendar, access control, and Teams presence information can also be linked to the VIP Plus service for an additional fee. In this case, calendar entries, access control timestamps, and Teams presence information can automatically change the user's availability status in the VIP Plus service.
