Syncing VIP Plus service contacts to your mobile phone

This guide explains how to sync contacts from the VIP Plus service to your mobile phone’s address book.
You can synchronize information for all VIP Plus users in your organization as well as external contacts you’ve marked as favorites into your mobile phone’s contact list. The address book will include the user's first and last name, phone number, email address, and organization details.
Sync contacts as follows:
- Open the VIP Plus mobile application.
- Swipe right and select "Settings."
- Select "Synchronisation," then choose either "Favorites only" or "All contacts." If you select "All contacts," both your organization’s VIP Plus users and any external contacts marked as favorites will be synchronized to your device.
- Click the link at the bottom and follow the instructions provided within the VIP Plus mobile application.
Synchronizing contacts to your mobile phone’s address book may take a moment depending on the number of VIP Plus users in your organization.
