In the VIP Plus user interface, you can manage your availability, set an holiday message, and listen to your voicemail messages. In the VIP Plus adminin portal, you can modify user settings, change answering group schedules, and create voice prompts.

With the mobile application or workstation phone, you can answer incoming calls. The available device depends on the user profile. A basic user can use the mobile application, while a multi-user can use both the mobile application and the workstation phone.
