VIP Plus admin rights and two-factor authentication

Every company must have at least one admin user in the VIP Plus service. The admin can, among other things, edit user information, create new customer service and switchboard numbers, record announcements for customer service, switchboard and call group numbers, as well as IVR menus within the VIP Plus admin portal.
The service administrator can add or remove admin rights from the company’s VIP Plus users. Admin rights should be granted with discretion, as an admin can modify almost all settings of the VIP Plus service.
