Yes. APIs are available in a test environment and sandbox before moving to production.
Yes. Telia provides developer support materials, such as sample messages and a Postman Collection.
Yes. The same API supports automated responses to addresses in Finland and Sweden.
Availability and quotes
A POQ response indicates whether the service is available and provides an estimated delivery time.
Not always. For automatically handled locations, quotes are immediate, but some cases require manual processing.
Infrastructure is not ready at all locations. In such cases, availability or quoting requires separate analysis by network specialists.
Ordering and delivery
Order progress can be tracked via the API by registering your system to receive State Change and Milestone notifications, as well as querying status data. Orders can also be tracked manually in the Wholesale ordering and delivery system if needed.
Yes. API-generated quotes can be converted into orders in the Wholesale ordering and delivery system. The API complements the system – it does not replace it.
