What is the service provider responsible for?
The service provider is responsible for the sales and marketing of subscriptions, pricing, customer service, end-customer invoicing, and customer relationship management. The graphical appearance of the sim cards used by the service provider and the features visible on the end customer’s phone can be customized for each service provider.
Subscription Management and Billing
Subscription management is handled via the subscriber management interface provided by Telia. The billing files generated from end customers’ network usage are delivered to the service provider through the billing interface.
