Logging into the VIP Plus Admin Portal

The VIP Plus service administrator can, among other things, edit user information, create new answering groups, record announcements, and edit answering group schedules.
Logging in for the first time or if you have forgotten your password

  1. Click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your username (in the format of a mobile phone number 0401234567).
  3. Click "Reset password."
  4. You will receive an email.
  5. Open the email and click the reset link.
  6. Enter a new password and repeat it.
  7. Click "Accept."
  8. Now you can log in to the service with the new password.

Logging in when you remember your password

  1. Log in to the VIP Plus admin portal
  2. Change the language of the login page if necessary. 
  3. Enter your username (in the format of a mobile phone number 0401234567) and password.
  4. Click "Sign in."
  5. You will receive a one-time code on the mobile phone number linked to the VIP Plus service.
  6. Enter the one-time code and click "Sign in."
  7. You are now logged into the VIP Plus admin portal.

Logging in with SSO

You can also log in to the service with SSO (single-sign-on) if it has been implemented in your company. In this case, you can log in with your Microsoft credentials by selecting the Microsoft logo in the login window.
