Attendant licenses in VIP Plus service

2 min

An attendants license grants access rights to an attendants group.
An attendants group includes a wide range of functions for call mediation, including:
•    Operator interface with diverse tools for mediation work
•    Advanced person search
•    Changing the reachability status of others
•    Forwarding to a busy number
•    Returning a call to the queue

Utilizing attendants groups requires a company-level attendants license. The number of attendants licenses must match the number of users simultaneously logged in to attendants groups within the company. In addition, users logged into an attendants group must have a Multi-profile.

Attendants licenses are floating, meaning that as soon as one attendant logs out of the queues, the license becomes available for someone else to use. When an attendants logs into an attendants group, they reserve one license. If they log into additional attendants groups, they do not require an extra license. For example, if your company has two attendants but only one is logged into a attendant group at a time, only one attendant license is needed. Moreover, if your company has two attendant groups managed by a single operator, only one attendant license is required.
