What is a good domain name (.fi)?
There are some limitations to the form of a .fi domain. The domain name must not, among other things, infringe on a third-party name or trademark protected in the territory of Finland and the EU. DNS Secondary
DNS Secondary includes maintenance of secondary DNS servers on Telia’s DNS servers, when the customer’s own DNS server or a DNS server maintained by a third party is the primary DNS server of the domain.

Domain Parkki is designed for domain names which are not in active use but which the company wants to keep registered in the DNS service.

Domain name registration
With the Telia Verkkotunnus (Telia Domain) service, you can register and start using a domain that ends e.g. with .fi, .ax, .com, .eu, .se, .ru, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .mobi or something else. You can also assign previously registered domains to our name service as well as domains that use the extended character set letters å, ä or ö.
Transferring a domain
It is easy to transfer a domain from another service provider to us. In this case, we will take care of the transfer of the name service data associated with the domain from the service provider for us to maintain.
Maintenance and updates
The service includes normal maintenance, such as maintaining and changes to name service information. You get easy and straightforward access to domain management expertise, and you are not required to have technical expertise. If you please, you can also manage the name service settings yourself.
Supplementary services
DNSSEC
DNS Security Extensions (DNSSEC) is a domain name system (DNS) security extension designed to increase the security and reliability of the name service by adding digital signatures to name service records.
