If you choose it as an additional service DaaS insurance covers unexpected breakage not covered by the device manufacturer's warranty.

Servicing and repair

If something goes wrong, you can easily order servicing for your device online. You will also receive a courtesy device to use during the servicing – work projects won't be interrupted. You can choose servicing as an additional service.

Secure recycling

When the DaaS agreement period ends, you can get a new model of your choice to replace it. We take care of transferring data from the old device to the new one and are responsible for erasing all of your company’s and customers’ data securely from the returned device.

How it works

The service includes the following:

•    A device
•    Delivery to the address you have given
•    Servicing
•    Insurance (excluding auxiliary devices)
•    Secure recycling after the end of the agreement period
•    Information security, warranty extension, and pre-installation for computers
•    Customer service in Corporate Portal and by phone: 020 693 693 (mobile call charge / local network charge, Mon–Fri 8.00–16.30).

Phones and tablets – 24-month agreement perioid

The monthly charge of the device always includes servicing with a courtesy device provided.

A phone or tablet purchased as a Device-as-a-Service always has an insurance policy that covers unexpected breakage not covered by the device manufacturer's warranty. The deductible of the insurance is determined by the value of the phone or tablet:

If the value of your device is less than EUR 200, the deductible is EUR 20.
If the value of your device is EUR 200 or less than EUR 500, the deductible is EUR 50.
If the value of your device is exactly or more than EUR 500 and less than EUR 2,000, the deductible is EUR 100.
If the value of your device is more than EUR 2,000, the deductible is EUR 300.
This means that you will not have to pay more than the deductible for any servicing falling outside the scope of the device warranty.

Computers – 36-month agreement perioid

In addition to the device, the monthly charge of the computer includes the following:

•    Servicing
•    Warranty extension, e.g. AppleCare Protection Plan, which includes technical support and advisory service for software installation.
•    Security software: F-Secure or similar.
•    Pre-installation of the operating system
•    Insurance to cover any unexpected breakage not covered by the device manufacturer's warranty. You will not have to pay more than the deductible for any servicing falling outside the scope of the device warranty. The deductible of the insurance is determined by the value of the computer:

If the value of your device is less than EUR 200, the deductible is EUR 20.
If the value of your device is EUR 200 or less than EUR 500, the deductible is EUR 50.
If the value of your device is exactly or more than EUR 500 and less than EUR 2,000, the deductible is EUR 100.
If the value of your device is more than EUR 2,000, the deductible is EUR 300.

Accessories and peripherals include routers, headsets, speakers, etc. If your device is broken or lost, you will get a new replacement device within the scope of the warranty conditions.
