The updated business service is the home of your customership, where you can manage your corporate services and user data, purchase new products, view orders and invoices, and file service requests. The free-of-charge My Telia for Business service is always just a few clicks away, wherever you are.

  1. Sign in by creating a Telia Account. If you already have an account, log in to My Telia for Business with your Telia Account credentials.

  4. When you log in with Telia Account credentials, you can access the revamped homepage. You will have a comprehensive overview of your customer relationship and the ability to manage your existing services.
What can I do on the service?
 
Manage your corporate services, access rights and user data

My Telia for Business is a customer interaction channel included in the Telia Account, a service intended for uniquely identifying a user and verifying their identity, managing user data and managing the access rights and services of a company.


The Telia Account enables users to examine, modify and delete their own data, and a company’s Primary user and Admins can manage the access rights of the company’s users. On the home page, you can change from one company view to another by changing the Active Company if you are authorised to manage several companies within your organisation. You can manage your own user profile settings in Telia Account, such as your password and language, in the top-right corner.

Submit a service request or fault report

You can also view a list of your service requests and fault reports. You can submit a new service request or fault report, including attachments, respond to questions from the customer service team and monitor the processing of your requests and tickets. You can also perform searches and filter the view to your liking.

The service will keep you informed of any incidents and other important matters, such as unpaid bills. You will also see offers and campaigns selected for you.

Check your bills and browse reports

The customer interaction channel makes it easy for you to examine your bills, manage your billing accounts and switch your billing method to e-invoices, for example. You can also manage your payment reminder service, make mass changes to your billing details and pay any unpaid bills via your online bank.

The Billing views adapt to your requirements depending on the size of your company, so the view may vary from one customer to another. It is also possible to browse reports. For example, you can examine an overview of your mobile subscriptions and the change history.

Order and manage your services

My Telia for Business enables you to manage your existing services, such as your mobile subscriptions. You can also order new services and monitor the delivery of services you have ordered. Please note that some of the products and services you manage may still be listed on the Old Product Management tab.

What all is going to change?

The view of the My Telia for Business service will be clearer and easier to use. On your dashboard, you will immediately see the most important things that need your attention. You can also easily retrieve PUK codes directly from the dashboard.

We are improving the transparency of service requests and bug reports. You will be able to track the status of fault reports more easily. Starting on 5 October, you will see three new sections on your dashboard: Palvelupyynnöt (Service requests), Vikailmoitukset (Fault tickets) and Palvelupyynnöt (Arkisto) (Service requests (Archive)). All new service requests are filed on the Palvelupyynnöt (Service requests) tab. If you cannot find the service request you are looking for, see the Palvelupyynnöt (Arkisto) (Service requests (Archive)) tab.

Are you already using strong authentication? If not, we recommend that you enable it in your profile (Omat tiedot -> Tilin asetukset -> Vahva tunnistus (My data -> Account settings -> Strong authentication). This allows you to log in securely with the Mobile ID or bank credentials.

We want to improve the My Telia for Business e-service together with you. You can easily give us feedback directly in the service under Palautekysely (Feedback survey).
