My Telia for Business – the home for your customer account
When you create a Telia Account, you can start using the updated My Telia for Business service, which enables you to manage business services and your user information, buy new products, view your orders and invoices, submit service requests and manage the access rights of your company’s employees. My Telia for Business is free of charge – and it’s always just a few clicks away, wherever you are.
It’s easy to log in with your Telia Account ID
Log in to My Telia for Business with your Telia Account ID at www.telia.fi/business. You can also log in with Mobile ID or bank access codes.
Manage the access rights of your company’s employees to Telia services
The content that users see on My Telia for Business depends on their access rights. You can manage employees’ access rights in the “Companies and users” section.
Manage your own user information for all Telia services in one go
In addition to your company’s settings, you can also manage your own personal user information via My Telia for Business. For instance, you can change your contact details and language for all Telia services and manage marketing permissions.
Track the processing of your service requests and problem tickets from your desktop
With My Telia for Business, you can track the processing of your requests and tickets. You will be notified of any disruptions or if your service request, trouble ticket or invoice require you to take action. If problems occur, you can contact us via the chat window.
Check your invoices and manage your invoicing settings
With My Telia for Business, you can view and pay your invoices, manage your invoicing accounts and change the invoicing method. You can also manage your payment reminder service and make a mass change to invoicing information. In addition, you can update your mobile subscriptions and check the status of your orders.

Frequently asked questions
Registration – that is, signing up for a Telia Account – is easy and gives you access to our services and products with the same ID. Sign up by identifying yourself with Mobile ID or bank access codes.
Telia Account is your user ID to My Telia for Business, where you can manage your business services and user information, buy new products, see you orders and invoices, and submit service requests.
To add a new company to your existing Telia Account, log in to My Telia for Business and under "Companies" click on “Add company”. The service will then ask you to log in with your bank access codes or Mobile ID, if you didn't do it earlier, and fill out the required information on the new company. Once you have added the new company, you can manage several companies with the same ID.
Adding a new company to your existing Telia Account most likely failed because strong identification has not been activated on your account. Log in to My Telia for Business with your Telia Account username and password. Enable strong identification in your profile settings. Then under "Companies" click on “Add company” and fill out the required information on the new company.
To add a new user for your business, log in to My Telia for Business, and then, under “Manage companies and users”, select “Company users” and then “Add user”.
Telia Account and My Telia for Business support modern browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer 11 or newer.
Yes – all you need to create a Telia Account is your company’s Business ID and authorisation to sign for your company.
