VIP Plus service and compatible headsets

This guide is for business customers.

VIP Plus is compatible with a variety of headsets. We recommend using Jabra or Poly UC-optimized headsets with the service. You can find headsets in our online store (in Finnish). The manufacturers’ UC-optimized headsets (Unified Communication) are especially designed for Softphone use. In case of issues, please ensure that your headset is updated to the latest firmware version.
