Language options

This guide is for business customers.

This article explains how you can set the language in the VIP Plus service.

The language of the VIP Plus user interface, desktop phone, mobile application, and VIP Plus admin portal can be Finnish, Swedish, or English. The language selection, for example, affects the language in which another VIP Plus user in your company hears other users' announcements. External callers will hear announcements either in the organization’s language or the language set in the user’s voicemail. A user can set the language of the applications and the interface themselves.

  • Log in to the VIP Plus user interface and select Settings and Language & Time Zone from the menu. Log in
  • Select your preferred language and click Save.

  • Log in to the VIP Plus admin portal and select the language from the menu on the left. Log in
Setting the language in the mobile application

The user can set the language of the mobile application themselves. The language for the mobile application is determined by the phone’s interface language. The mobile application supports several languages, including Finnish, Swedish, English, French, and German.
